Information on Rates

General Information

The fare offered upon request is per vehicle and transfer (not per person) and includes the empty car return to the Garage in Zurich.  

The rates indicated in EURO are for rough information only and may be subject of modification (in case of payments in EURO the daily average rate will be applied).

The vehicles are best suited for:

• Limousine (Sedan): 
  1 or 2 (evt. 3) passengers with personal luggage
• Van:
  3 to 5 (evt. 6) passengers with personal luggage
• Minibus:
  6 to 15 passengers with personal luggage (for extended luggage a trailer will be used)

Please count all passengers (even a baby or a child below the age of 12 years) as individual passengers, as due to the Swiss law each person must occupy a seat of their own (or safety seats for children respectively) and use the seat-belt.

The fare includes

• All taxes, tolls and local charges
• A luggage allowance of 1 suitcase, 1 small piece of hand luggage (and in Winter 1 piece of ski equipment) per passenger.
  If your group has more luggage or large items such as golf bags or bikes we recommend to upgrade to the next size of vehicle.
• Baby-seats ("booster") are avaiable upon request
• No night-time or weekend supplements

For Airport transfers upon arrival

• Meet and greet at the Airport outside the customs area or inside the luggage claim area, always with name-board
• No delayed flight supplements; the waiting time, however, is limited to 2 hours.
  Otherwise, a late arrival above 2 hours will be defined as "No-show" and invoiced if not announced accordingly in advance.

Extras to add to the fare

• Use of additional hours or mileage (kilometers) exceeding those mentioned in the offer have to be paid in cash to the driver before leaving the vehicle (drop-off)
• You may tip the driver if you wish but this is totally optional

Bookings, No-show

• Bookings will be accepted up to 1 day prior to arrival date
• In case of "No-show"  the full fare will be invoiced (no refund in case of advance payments)

Payment details

• The fares and rates are due in Swiss Francs (CHF)
• Your payment is taken at the time of reservation by credit card or bank transfer
• Mileage (kilometers) or hours exceeding the offered transfer time and distance have to be paid in cash
• For transfer orders at short-time-notice the fare is due in cash in Swiss Francs (CHF)
